Our Staff

• Jimmy Redfearin

  Diving since the mid 1970s, Jimmy has been teaching since 1977. He is a Pro 5000 Diver and Pro 5000 Instructor. Jimmy is the COO of “The Water Habitat” and is heavily involved in all aspects of dive operations.

• Craig Humphreys

  Craig started diving in high school and brings two decades of experience to our dive center and dive operations. Craig is a Dive Control Specialist and uniquely qualified to assist you with your diving questions and needs as well as equipment service.

• Brian Burback

  Brian is a Dive Control Specialist and the newest professional member of our staff. Brian is involved in diver training as well as customer service and equipment repairs.

• Carlos Johnson

  Carlos is a staff instructor with experience ranging from SCUBA training to fire & rescue training

• Lee Weems

  Lee is a local dive leader and a First-Aid/CPR instructor

• Bryan Wimberly

  Bryan is a staff instructor with experience in fire & rescue training.

• Sharon Ellis

  Sharon is a staff instructor with experience in rescue training.

  Get your dive knife and show off your pumpkin carving skills in this fun annual event. Compete for prizes...and bragging rights!
  
  Yes, it’s time to slice and dice.....ok, just carve some cool designs in our annual underwater pumpkin carving contest!
  
  Details:
  * Date: October 30th
  * Location: Toledo Bend Observation Point
  * Dive Time: 11-11:45 am
  * Cost: $20 per dive team (2 divers), $5 non-diver
  * Dive Leaders: Carlos Johnson and Lee Weems
  
  Lee will be departing the dive store that morning at 8:30 for those who want to meet and follow / carpool.
  
  Includes hamburger cookout with drinks, plaques for winners, door prizes (no actual doors) and most importantly....... lot’s of fun!
  
  So, make plans now to blow some bubbles, show your creative side with the pumpkins and have a good time with some cool fellow divers.
  
  Registration and payment can be done at the dive store ahead of time or at the dive site. Pre-registration is preferred, but not mandatory, in order to get a headcount for the food.
