  Getting SCUBA certified is easier than you think. Here at The Water Habitat our staff is committed to making this adventure easy and fun.

• Think you're too young or old to get SCUBA certified?

  We have have active divers from 10 to over 80 years of age.

• Think you don't have enough time to commit to getting SCUBA certified?

  Here at The Water Habitat we offer a range of flexible certification classes that accomodate even the busiest lifestyle.

Most people are capable of SCUBA certification. To qualify for SCUBA all it takes is a certain level of good health, reasonable fitness, and a little comfort in the water.

The Water Habitat is an SSI Authorized Training Facility

  Take our Open Water SCUBA Certification Class to get started as a licensed SCUBA diver.
  
  By using our system of Comfort Through Repetition from Scuba Schools International (SSI), you will learn to dive with actions and comfort that feel like second nature.
  
  This class will be just on Monday evenings starting on February 13th at 6pm at the store and will run until March, 19th. (Don’t forget your swimsuit and towel.)
  
  Dates cover classroom and pool instruction.
  Checkout dives scheduled later. (In time to join our July dive trip to Belize!)

  Experience the thrill of a whole new world by taking our beginning scuba class. Receive a certification card (c-card) upon completion of the course and start on the path to diving adventure.
  
  This class will meet twice a week, Monday and Wednesday evenings starting Monday, March 19th at 6pm at the store and will run until Wednesday, April, 4th. (Don’t forget your swimsuit and towel.)

  8:30 am - Depart from The Water Habitat (for those who want to follow or carpool with others).
  11:00 - Teams in the water for finding the golf balls (45 minute time limit)

  12:30 - Drawings for prizes.
  
  COST: Divers - $15.00 each, Non-divers $5.00
